About Myself

I'm a professional designer from Fairfax, Virginia and have been a traditional artist my entire life. Drawing, coloring, painting, you name it- I did it all! However, it wasn't until senior year of high school (when I learned HTML) that I realized computers could elevate my artwork to higher levels. My talents then trickled into digital photography and video, which propelled me to use popular design programs such as After Effects, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Final Cut Pro.

As a result, I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Media Design from the Corcoran College of Art + Design in May of 2007.

I'm heavily influenced by my surroundings, which can traced back to childhood. As a kid, my fascination with design started with the blister packages of my action figures. I always kept them, not knowing why until I reached college: because they looked really cool! But it wasn't just the blister packages: there's the stuff I watched (anime, sporting events, title sequences of movies and tv), the video games I played, the comic books I read, etc.

All these fun visuals did and continue to spark my imagination and creativity!
